Frontiers in Bioscience-Landmark has been constructing the largest peer-reviewed “Encyclopedia of Bioscience” since 1996, with the help of over 1000 managing editors supporting the creation of this valuable scientific resource for scientists across the globe. Starting from 2021, our international board of research-active academic Editors, led by Editor-in-Chief Graham Pawelec (University of Tübingen, Germany), is comprised of leaders in their respective fields. A major change at this time is that the journal no longer requires a subscription, but is now fully open access. The Impact Factor for 2019 is 2.747, and we calculate that this will increase for 2020.
