Certificate of Attendance
The certificate of attendance will be sent by December 23rd 2020, to the participants who have attended at least 60% of the total hours of the scientific program . Please first fill in the evaluation form that you will find in the next button (forms that will be filled in after 21/12/2020, will not be accepted).
The number of credits of Continuing Medical Education (CME-CPD) to be administered to the participants will be calculated on the basis of monitoring time.
